EARP BROS SHOWROOM

For this project, I developed the concept and produced construction documentation for a tile showroom in Alexandria, designed to showcase the client’s extensive range of tiles and stone. The showroom was tailored to appeal to architects, interior designers, and other specifiers, featuring a mix of semi-permanent and temporary displays as well as educational areas for product presentations and CPDs.

Key challenges included tenancy restrictions, the addition of new toilet and kitchen facilities, and a tight timeline to ensure the showroom was operational as quickly as possible. I designed the space to comply with Complying Development legislation, ensured accessibility throughout, and carefully planned the layout to meet deemed-to-satisfy egress requirements. The client was delighted with the result and subsequently engaged us for a new showroom in Brisbane, reflecting their satisfaction with the project’s outcome
