EDMONDSON PARK APARTMENTS

I conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for the site, determining optimal apartment numbers and spatial requirements, including waste management, parking, landscaping, and deep soil zones. As part of a project team, I developed a concept design for five buildings, I then led in-house reviews ensuring strict compliance with the NSW Apartment Design Guide, Liverpool LEP, and standards for accessibility and adaptability.

As the project coordinator, I managed team workflows and integrated input from various consultants to prepare detailed architectural documentation for a Pre-DA submission, which included materials for the Design Excellence Panel review.
